Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任

Your main responsibilities also
include:

Plays a crucial role in
leveraging data and analytics to provide strategic insights and support
decision-making across the organization. This position involves collaborating
with cross-functional teams to ensure that data-driven solutions are
effectively implemented to drive business growth and operational excellence.

Ø Conduct in-depth data mining and analysis to identify
opportunities for business growth and potential risks.

Ø Provide high-quality data reports and visualizations to
assist management at all levels in making informed business decisions.

Ø Collaborate with different departments to understand
their data needs and provide relevant support and solutions.

Ø Continuously explore new data science techniques and
tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of data analysis and insights.

Qualification and Experience 能力与经验

Ø Bachelor degree. Finance/Economics/Statistics or other
relevant majors is preferred.

Ø >5 year working experience in pharmaceutical environment
in Digital / SFE / Business analytics.

Ø Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills,
proficient in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling
techniques.

Ø Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable
of translating complex data findings into understandable business insights.

Ø Industry-specific expertise, able to integrate data
analysis with industry context to provide stronger support for business
decisions.

Ø Relevant industry experience and successful case
experience are preferred.
