1. Scope
of the service

1)

STO
& ex-terminal Shipment Planning and Execution

- Develop replenishment plan, by coordinating with Global/Regional Planner,
CS, Vessel Scheduling and Optimization and Sales team. Follow-up with
shipment and resolve issue during shipment.

- DDP truck delivery plan from different terminals with different LSPs,
following the most-economic and customer's RDD principle.

STO和离港装运计划和执行

-与全球/区域规划师、CS、船舶调度和优化以及销售团队协调，制定补货计划。跟进装运并解决装运过程中的问题。

-DDP卡车交付计划来自不同码头，具有不同的LSP，遵循最经济和客户的RDD原则。

Inventory
Management for LE

- Monitor replenishment shipment discharge in China ports.

- Follow up customs declaration and clearance for stored products


- Making of cargo outbound plan according to inventory level &
projections, and customer's requests

- Prepare documents for customers and internal operation in the system.

- Liaise with service providers e.g. surveyor, terminal operators, truck
vendor, vessel/barge owner, to arrange cargo outbound delivery to customers.

- Verify daily, monthly and inventory report and stock-taking.

LE的库存管理

-监控中国港口的补货货物卸货情况。

-跟进库存产品的报关和清关

-根据库存水平和预测以及客户的要求制定货物出库计划

-为客户和系统内部操作准备文件。

-与服务提供商（如验船师、码头运营商、卡车供应商、船舶/驳船所有人）联络，安排货物出库交付给客户。

-核实每日、每月和库存报告以及盘点。

Logistics costs settlement

- Verify logistics costs invoices with LSPs against related Service
Agreements

- Process logistics costs in SAP System and follow-up payment with Finance

- Monthly and yearly cost report

物流成本结算

-根据相关服务协议，与物流服务提供商核实物流成本发票

-在SAP系统中处理物流成本，并与财务部门跟进付款

-月度和年度成本报告

Demand
Plan Creation

- Validate sales plan from the region and create unconstrained demand plan
after review and challenge sales plan to provide realistic demand plan for
consolidation at the global S&OP cycle.

- Enter demand plan in APO system on SKU/Ship-To Party, spanning up to 18
months to the future.

- Maintaining DFP table IN ORDER TO allow APO-DP to work properly.

通用领域

需求计划创建

-验证该地区的销售计划，并在审查和质疑销售计划后创建无约束的需求计划，为全球S&OP周期的整合提供现实的需求计划。

-在SKU/Ship

BU/Sales/SCM
Coordination

- Coordinate closely with related BU’s planning group (regional/global), to
avoid stockouts at both ends and ultimately, end-customers.

- Review decisions made during S&OP and disseminate results that will
impact sales in Greater China to avoid last-minute changes at execution
level.

- Montoring execution of Demand Plan to reach customer satisfation and
optimum product placement.

BU/销售/SCM协调

-与相关业务部门的规划小组（区域/全球）密切协调，避免两端缺货，最终避免最终客户缺货。

-审查S&OP期间做出的决定，并传播将影响大中华区销售的结果，以避免在执行层面的最后一刻发生变化。

-监督需求计划的执行，以达到客户满意度和最佳产品布局。

Inventory
Management for DP

- Control and manage the inventory level for China Terminals in coordination
with China SCM team for the incoming and outgoing shipments to the tanks, in
order to meet WCO target based on average daily inventory.

DP的库存管理

-与中国供应链管理团队协调，控制和管理中国码头的库存水平，以实现世界海关组织基于平均每日库存的目标。

Global
Network Optimization

- Participation to reduce logisitic cost and imporvement for Cost-to-Serve
from Planner aspect, to develop variety of business cases both for global and
regional team.

-从规划师的角度参与降低物流成本和提高服务成本，为全球和区域团队制定各种商业案例。

8)

Performance
& Continuous Improvement

- Involvement in Supply Chain Project for Continuous Improvement to enhance
the business process and optimize the supply chain process.

- Provide necessary feedback to SCM/Network/GPS for LSPs’ service level
performance, terminal renewal study, improvement initiative and follow up on
the initiative.

绩效与持续改进

-参与持续改进供应链项目，以加强业务流程并优化供应链流程。

-为供应链管理/网络/GPS提供必要的反馈，以了解LSP的服务水平绩效、终端更新研究、改进举措和跟进举措。

2. Requirement

Minimum
Qualifications:

Bachelor
degree, preferably in logistics, Supply Chain Management or related.

Minimum
Experience:

Min
7 years working experience in Supply Chain, Sales or Operations. Knowledge in
Chemical Products.
