Job/Team Description :

Coupang Global team is seeking a dynamic and motivated Operation Specialist in Marketing team for the Coupang global selling business. This person must be entrepreneurial by nature with responsibility for contributing to a positive customer experience on Coupang’s global selection as a part of a fun, diverse, and global-experienced team.

Key responsibilities

ü Support planning for deals and campaigns (kick off, proposal, tracking, summary) and collaborate with cross function teams

ü Help execute campaigns and monitor KPIs (CTR, ROAS).

ü Analyze competitor merchandising tactics, and marketplace gaps.

ü Able to find ways to improve efficiency, flexibility, and scalability.

Qualifications

ü Able to speak/read Chinese, English and Korean

ü Fluent Excel skills

ü Problem solving; Deep dive into details; Quick learner.

ü Major in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

ü 4+ working days/week
