Job Description 岗位职责
1. Based on the input of production plan, combined with inventory and supplier delivery performance, reasonably arrange the arrival of materials; 基于生产计划的输入，结合库存，供应商交付表现，合理安排物料到货；
2. Track material arrival performance, identify and manage deviation; 追踪物料到货表现，识别并管理偏差；
3. Control the performance of key logistics indicators such as raw material inventory; 控制原材料库存等物流关键指标表现；
4. Participate in or cooperate with relevant departments to carry out improvement activities combined with digital value stream; 参与或配合各相关部门，结合数字化价值流进行改善活动；
5. Receive overseas orders, create delivery plans based on production and material conditions; 接收海外订单，结合生产以及物料情况，制定并实施交付计划；
6. Completed customs declaration and other related customs affairs to ensure that the relevant customs operations comply with the requirements of laws and regulations; 完成报关等相关关务内容，确保相关关务操作符合法律法规要求； 7. Make necessary adjustment of delivery plan according to the fluctuation of customers' orders and the actual situation of production line, and timely communicate with customers; 根据客户订单的波动情况以及生产线的实际状况进行必要的交付计划调整，并及时与客户沟通；
8. Statistical analysis and improvement of overseas customers' monthly delivery performance; 海外客户月度交付达成绩效的统计分析及改进；
9. Familiar with P2P overseas factory business process; 熟悉了解包括 P2P 海外工厂在内的业务相关流程；
10. Comply with EHS, 5S and other requirements and regulation; 遵守公司 EHS，5S及其他相关要求和规定；
11. Complete other tasks assigned by superior; 完成上级主管交付的其他任务；
Qualifications 任职资格
1. Bachelor degree or above (major in logistics/supply chain management is preferred) 本科及以上学历（物流/供应链管理相关专业优先）
2. At least 2 years production or logistics related working experience; (Foreign trade declaration experience is preferred) 2 年及以上生产或物流相关工作经验；(有外贸报关经验优先)
3. Master SAP and MS Office (EXCEL application required) 掌握 SAP、MS Office（EXCEL要求熟练应用）
4. Basic in English communicating and writing 基本的英语交流和书写能力
