Job responsibilities:

1. Make the school mental health education work plan and arrange the mental health courses every semester;

2. Responsible for the daily mental health education of teachers and students, and publicize and popularize mental health knowledge to all teachers and students through psychological courses and special lectures;

3, Responsible for psychological counseling and counseling, to help students solve psychological problems, according to the principle of voluntary students, to carry out individual counseling for students;

4, Responsible for the establishment of students' psychological files, completes the consultation record, feedback and follow-up research work;

5. Responsible for training and counseling the teachers (especially the homeroom teachers) of our school in psychology-related courses, so as to promote the participation of all students in mental health education;

6. Organize parent workshops related to mental health, and provide parents with mental health education and guidance to help parents better support their children's healthy growth.

岗位职责：

1、制定学校心理健康教育工作计划，做好每学期心理健康课程安排；

2、负责师生日常心理健康教育，通过开设心理课程、专题讲座等渠道向全校师生宣传普及心理健康知识；

3、负责开展心理咨询与辅导，帮助学生解决心理困扰，根据学生自愿原则，为学生开展个别咨询；

4、负责建立学生心理档案，做好咨询记录，反馈和跟进研究工作；

5、负责对本校教师（尤其班主任）进行心理相关课程培训与辅导工作，促进对学生的心理健康教育全员参与；

6、组织与心理健康相关的家长工作坊，向家长开展心理健康的教育指导，帮助家长更好的支持孩子健康成长。

Job requirements:

1. Have psychological qualification certificate and teacher qualification certificate, bachelor degree or above;

2. Have more than one year's experience in psychological teaching, and have some research on mental health in primary and secondary schools;

3. Care for children, pay attention to children's psychology, and be enthusiastic about education;

4. Strictly abide by the confidentiality system of psychological counseling and do not disclose the privacy of the parties;

5. English can be used as a daily working language, and working background in an international school is preferred.
