Job Requirements:

-- Major in Food Science and Food manufacturing, bachelor degree.

-- 5+ years’ quality assurance experiences, especially in food (chili sauce, spice, coffee, and cocoa etc) industry and has lab experience.

-- Full knowledge of BRC ISO, HACCP, SSOP and GMP.

-- Experience in Food development preferred.

-- Honest, Serious, Self-motivated orientation and hard work under high pressure.

-- Willing to travel to China for training and promoting

-- Good command of English.

Key areas of responsibility:

-- Build the quality system in the new factory.

-- Apply the food certificate of the new factory such as local certificate BRC etc.

-- Test the Physicochemical and Microbial of Raw materials, semi-manufactured goods and products.

-- Ensure internal audit on time, effectively.

-- Ensure external audit run smoothly.

-- Supervise the quality system’s run condition.

-- Develop the new food product, good communication with China team.

-- Develop QA, Food Technology and Food Safety, as core values and foundation of the company.

-- Comply with food law and regulations.
