任职资格：

1.10年以上工作经验，8年以上汽车行业生产相关部门工作经验，5年以上多工序产品生产管理经验；

10+ year working experience, 8+ years working
experience in Automobile industry production department, 5+ management
experience of multi processes production.

2.熟悉组装工艺过程，有喷漆及注塑工作经验优先；

Familiar with assembly process, and experience
on painting and molding processes is prefer.

3.熟悉MS Office软件；良好的英语听说读写；

Good knowledge of MS office; Good command Both
Oral and written English skill.

4.熟悉IATF 16949及EHS体系；

Familiar with IATF 16949 and EHS System.

5.熟练运用精益生产的工具和理论,；

Solid knowledge of lean tool and principles.

6.具有良好的团队合作意识和快速识别及解决问题的能力；

Good team player. Good capability in problem
identification and problem solving.

7.有责任感,专注的,和实践型作风. 具有良好的沟通技巧及演讲能力；

Accountable, concentrate, practical type, Good
communication and presentation skill.



岗位职责：

1.负责生产运营工作, 包括生产、工艺、维修、模具管理、物流、仓库、计划、生产质量、颜色开发等；

Overall responsibility of manufacturing
operation, includes production, IE, maintenance, tooling management, logistics,
warehouse, production quality, painting color development, etc.;

2.建立和维护一个良好的团队环境，并激励团队，发展团队成员；

Establish and maintain a good teamwork
environment & motivate the team member and development employees;

3.管理质量,成本,交付,安全及系统的KPI,以有效地贡献生产和利益的***化；

Manage the quality, cost, delivery, safety and
system KPI to contribute effectively to maximize productivity and profit;

4.专注于精益制造系统的推广和实施,推动持续改进.

Focus on the development and implementation of
lean manufacturing system, facilitate the continuously improvement.

5.参与新项目的开发, 积极配合新项目导入部门的各项工作，支持其他部门活动的展开

Participate the new projects development;
actively support all tasks from Launch. Support other department’s activities
when required

6.保证所有相关活动符合公司政策和流程的安全实施；

Ensure all relevant activities are carried out
safely and securely, whilst obeying company policies & procedures;

7.服从上级安排，完成上级交办的共它工作；

Complete other assignments given by supervisors.
