The operations manager at our Feiyun is a key player in driving world class performance in quality, delivery and cost (productivity). The operations manager is part of Feiyun leadership team with direct responsibility to lead and develop the local team.
• Lead and develop the Feiyun team (quality assurance, assembly and delivery)
• Develop a long-term vision for Feiyun operations
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations
• Ensure that facilities and equipment is properly maintained & calibrated
• Ensure that the team follows standard operating procedures
• Drive process improvement and implement tools and methods within the operations team as well as cross-functionally
• Pro-actively drive performance in key metrics, such as safety, delivery performance, quality, productivity and inventory (DSI)
• Resolve delivery and quality issues in a timely manner with counter measures put in place for both short and long term
• Manage the local cost budget in close cooperation with finance
• In charge of warehouse and logistics operation
任职要求：
• University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Operations management or similar
• 10+ years’ experience from working in supply chain and production,
• 5+ years’ of leadership experience, managing teams in a production environment
• technical knowledge of mechanical process of welding and assembly is must, experienced in custom designed non-standard machine industry is a plus
• Experience from working in an international organization
• Fluent in written and oral English
