- 学历与专业背景（Education and Professional Background）：本科及以上学历，工科背景优先，语言文化相关专业也可；具备扎实的市场营销理论知识，了解品牌推广、活动策划等核心模块逻辑。
Bachelor's degree or above, engineering background is preferred, and majors related to language and culture are also acceptable; have solid theoretical knowledge of marketing and understand the core module logic of brand promotion and activity planning. - 工作经验（Work Experience）：1-3年市场相关工作经验，有活动策划执行、网站、公众号运营经验者优先；熟悉市场推广流程，能协助完成市场方案的落地执行。
1-3 years of relevant work experience in marketing, experience in activity planning and execution, website and official account operation is preferred; familiar with the market promotion process and able to assist in the implementation of marketing plans. - 专业技能（Professional Skills）：熟练使用Office办公软件，掌握PPT制作技巧，文笔优秀，能独立完成市场方案、活动总结、推广文案等各类文档撰写；具备基础的图文设计能力，熟悉PS、Canva等设计工具者优先；
Proficient in using Office software, master PPT production skills, have excellent writing skills, and can independently complete the writing of various documents such as marketing plans, activity summaries, and promotional copy; have basic graphic design capabilities； - 语言能力（Language Skills）：英语读写流利，能熟练处理英文市场资料、参与英文沟通对接；具备日语、韩语等第二外语能力者优先。
