【任职要求】
1.本科以上学历，机械类或电气类等相关理工科专业；优秀毕业生亦可；
2.有半导体设备维护经验者优先（如die bond ,x-ray, molding ,sintering等 ）；

3.能适应出差；

4.积极主动，独立思考，良好的沟通协调能力，团队协作能力。

5.会日语

【岗位职责】

1. 新设备安装、调试、给客户培训并跟踪设备状况、验收等；

2. 设备异常处理，及时响应，能够远程或现场解决客户问题；

3. 与同事互相沟通分享相关工作内容的经验；

4. 与设备原厂建立良好，顺畅且高效沟通渠道；

5. 维护客户关系，建立良好的公司形象。
