工作职责
-Architect scalable solutions for Personalization, BI, MDM and other data strategy initiatives.
-Providing deep expertise in data modeling and architecture.
-Reducing technical debt, increasing standardization and reusability.
-Bridging functional teams to ensure cohesive data solutions, as well as mentoring junior staff and supervising contingent workers to ensure best practices are met.
任职资格
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills: (At least one per each category)
Data Modeling: Conceptual, logical, and physical data models; normalization/denormalization.
Database Technologies: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra), Graph DBs (Neo4j).
ETL/ELT Tools: Informatica, Talend, dbt, Apache NiFi, custom pipelines.
Big Data Ecosystem: Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Kafka.
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP – especially services like Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse, Snowflake.
Programming: Python, Scala, Java, or similar for data engineering tasks.
Architecture Patterns: Data lakehouse, data mesh, event-driven architecture, microservices
