Job Description：
1.To manage customer accounts and to achieve sales, gross margin & collection budget for designated geographical region.
2.To develop new customers and sales channels for continuous growth.
3.Follow up after sales services to ensure customer satisfaction and provide quality services to customers. Regularly seeks out and acts upon feedback from customers.
4.To monitor and report market and competitor activities and outlook.
5.Accountabilities in performing with high working attitude to achieve the set KPI on Sales, Gross Margin, Collection Budget, New Customer Prospection & Contribution.
6.Duties may be varied from time to time consistent with the employee’s training and skills and such varied duties are to be performed to standards which will be specified as required.
7.Working closely with other departments such as specification, product development, and technical service to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting client needs.

Position Requirements：
1.Degree holder with a minimum of 2 year of sales experience.
2.Proven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3.Willing to travel frequently to assigned overseas markets.
4.Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, English, Thai, or Khmer. Native or professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required.
5.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
7.Knowledge of export procedures and international trade regulations is a plus.

【岗位要求】
・ 学历达标且至少具备2年销售经验。
・ 拥有销售领域的实际经验，尤以制造行业为佳。
・ 愿意频繁出差至指定的海外市场。
・ 会西班牙语、英语、泰语、柬埔寨语中任何一门，中文能正常交流。
・ 具备出色的沟通、谈判及人际交往能力。
・ 自我驱动性强，以结果为导向，能够独立开展工作。
・ 熟悉出口流程及国际贸易法规者优先。
