岗位职责：
-Responsible for the development and instruction of electronic engineering-related courses for internal staff, including but not limited to Electronic Engineering, Signal Processing, and Electroacoustic Technology.
-Design course outlines, lecture materials, and laboratory projects, integrating cutting-edge industry technology and practical application cases.
-Monitor technological developments and trends in the electronic engineering field, continuously optimize course content, and ensure teaching quality.
-Effectively interact with participants, answer technical questions, collect feedback, and improve teaching methodologies.
-负责为内部员工开发和教授电子工程相关课程，包括但不限于电子工程、信号处理和电声技术。
-设计课程大纲、讲义材料和实验室项目，结合前沿行业技术和实际应用案例。

任职要求
Education Background
-Master's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Signal Processing, Electroacoustic Engineering, or a related major (Ph.D. preferred).
Professional Skills
-Solid mastery of core knowledge in the most of the subjects below
Math: Calculus (single), Calculus (multivariable), linear algebra, differential equations, probability and statistics, fourier/laplace transforms.
Theory: Signal processing, DSP, Circuit Analysis, Analog/Digital Electronic Technology, Embedeed programing
Practice: Embedded programing course, Product Managment
-Familiarity with electroacoustic principles, audio processing, or related fields is a plus.
-Possess good engineering practice abilities; relevant project experience is highly preferred.
Teaching Experience
-Prior experience as a university teaching assistant, course tutor, or corporate trainer is preferred.
-Demonstrate excellent presentation skills and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
Personal Qualities
-A passion for teaching and a talent for translating complex technical knowledge into easily understandable content.
-Possess strong logical thinking, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
-Proactive, responsible, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
