Key duties:

· Monitor EDI quality and inventory update.

· Arrange customs declaration and empty distribution.

· Proceed empty on/off hire and new build delivery.

· Arrange empty repositioning to inland ports per sales forecast and principal approval.

· Prepare and coordinate with depot on empty release.

· Arrange CCA/transshipment connection.

· Update container move and prepare DTX/LOAD/DISCHARGE list.

· Prepare various equipment reports.

· Update system on free time extension and notify state agent.

· Follow instruction and deal with emergency.

· Monitor and evaluate on the services provided by subcontractors.

· Handle queries from customers, Principals and internal departments regarding Equipment Control.

· Prepare related documents / reports to concerned parties regarding Equipment Control.

· Perform document control for quality check.

· Carry out all relevant duties as outlined in the Company procedures and policies.

· Assist in carrying out, enforce and monitor container repair and equipment control

Job requirements:

· University graduate, major in Maritime/International Trade/Foreign Trade related is preferred

· Freshmen is acceptable

· Good sense of teamwork and could work under pressure

· Be proficient in MS Office

· Basic command of English (CET4 or above)
