Summary

Weare looking for a passionate Data Analyst and Developer specialized in both
interpreting data to generate insights and building the technical solutions
that support data processing, automation, reporting and maintain applications.
This hybrid role combines analytical work (like dashboards and KPIs) with
development tasks (like databases, ETL scripts, automation tools, AI-enabled
solution and applications). As this position just created in the digital supply
chain transformation area, you will get the opportunity to work with talent
people and contribute to company's accelerated supply chain digitalization &
AI intelligence project through various breakthroughs.

What you’ll be doing:

• Collect, clean, validate, and integrate data from internal and external
sources, ensuring data quality and consistency.

• Design, develop, and maintain databases, data models, and ETL/ELT processes to
move and transform data between systems.

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
that support strategic and operational decisions.

• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations using
tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

• Develop scripts, applications, and APIs (for example in Python, R, or
JavaScript) to automate data workflows, reporting, and integration with other systems.

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions that enable our organization
to leverage digital technologies.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in digital
transformation.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology,
Data analytics, Digital Transformation or related fields.

• 3+ years experience in Data Analyst, or Data Scientist, or software
development.

• Solid Python/Java/Scala, SQL, big data/cloud technologies, ETL tools, and data
manipulation skills

• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Knowledge of software engineering practices, frameworks, and tools.

• Experience with ML frameworks and data pipelines.

• Ability to problem-solve and influence others through relationships and data.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills including good English command
with the ability to present to management required.
