职位描述

一、岗位职责Job Responsibilities

1. 证件全生命周期管理Full Lifecycle Management of Badges

制作与发放:Badge making and Issuance:

  • 按照安保部规定规范制作各类证件(员工卡、访客卡、承包商卡、车辆通行证等),确保信息准确。

Fabricate various badges (employee cards, visitor badges, contractor cards, vehicle passes, etc.) in compliance with Security Department regulations to ensure accurate information.

  • 严格执行制卡授权流程,开通 / 关闭相关出入权限;

Strictly enforce the badge-making authorization process to activate/deactivate relevant access permissions.

回收与销毁:Collection and Destruction:

  • 负责离职员工、第三方人员及访客的证件回收,确保卡片全部可控。

Responsible for collecting badges from terminated employees, third-party personnel, and visitors to ensure full control over all cards.

  • 对失效卡片(如损坏、过期)按季度执行交叉碎纸销毁。

Quarterly destroy invalid cards (e.g., damaged, expired) via cross-cut shredding.

2. 门禁权限管理Access Control System Right Management

  • 依据 BIG 证件和权限管理规则开通人员的默认权限。

Activate default permissions for personnel in accordance with BIG’s badge and permission management rules

  • 处理特殊权限申请。

Process special permission applications.

  • 定期清理不活跃卡。

Regularly clean up inactive cards.

3. 安保文档与记录管理Security Document and Record Management

  • 维护制卡系统数据安全,确保未使用和待销毁卡片妥善保管,防止信息泄露。

Maintain data security of the badge-making system, ensuring proper storage of unused and pending destruction cards to prevent information leaks.

  • 按《BIG 证件管理制度》要求保存电子记录(如发放记录、权限变更记录)和纸质文件(如申请表、销毁记录),保存期限为 3 年。

Retain electronic records (e.g., issuance logs, permission change records) and paper documents (e.g., application forms, destruction records) for 3 years as required by the BIG Badge Management System.

  • 每月汇总证件管理数据(如制卡数量、权限变更次数、异常事件),提交安保部经理作为管理决策依据。
  • Summarize monthly badge management data (e.g., number of cards made, permission changes, abnormal incidents) and submit to the Security Department Manager for decision-making.

    4. 跨部门协作与合规性Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Compliance

    • 与 HR、区域负责人、承包商管理部门密切对接,确保证件及时发放和回收。

    Liaise closely with HR, area owners, and contractor management departments to ensure timely issuance and collection of badges.

    • 配合年度权限审核工作,协助区域负责人核查部门权限组设置,确保符合 “最低必要权限” 原则。

    Support annual permission audits by assisting area owners in verifying department permission group settings to ensure compliance with the “minimum necessary permission” principle.

    二、任职要求

    II. Qualifications

    1. 专业背景与经验Professional Background and Experience

    • 大专及以上学历,安全管理、行政管理或相关专业优先。

    College degree or above, with priority for majors in safety management, administrative management, or related fields.

    • 2 年以上安保管理、证件管理或行政文秘工作经验,有制造业、化工行业(如 BASF)背景者优先。

    At least 2 years of experience in security management, badge management, or administrative secretarial work; preference for candidates with manufacturing or chemical industry (e.g., BASF) background.

    • 熟悉门禁系统(如 ACS)、智能访客管理系统操作,能熟练使用 Excel、Word 等办公软件制作报表和文档。

    Familiar with access control systems (e.g., ACS) and smart visitor management systems; proficient in using office software like Excel and Word for report and document creation.

    2. 核心能力要求Core Competency Requirements

    • 流程执行能力:严格遵循 BASF 证件管理流程和权限规则,具备较强的细节把控能力(如信息核对、权限配置准确性)。

    Process Execution: Strictly adhere to BASF’s badge management workflows and permission rules, with strong attention to detail (e.g., information verification, accurate permission configuration).

    • 系统操作能力:能独立完成门禁系统权限组配置、数据录入及报表生成,快速处理系统异常(如卡片冻结、权限冲突)。

    System Operation: Capable of independently configuring permission groups in the access control system, inputting data, and generating reports; able to quickly resolve system anomalies (e.g., card freezing, permission conflicts).

    • 沟通协调能力:与跨部门团队高效协作,清晰传达权限管理要求,妥善处理员工 / 访客关于证件的咨询与投诉。
