岗位说明：
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, iterate and implement user-centric solutions
• Input and co-developing the solution roadmap
• Supporting the iOS/Android App-development, by defining user needs and additional value creating functions and features based on user research
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes, MVPs and working towards industrialization of the solution
• Conduct user research with potential customers (B2B) and end-users
• Utilize design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems
• Contribute to the overall delivery of the design deliveries within the team of two designers

个人要求：
• Experience in physical UX/UI design
• Experience from working in early phases of development and iterative, high tempo environment
• Proficiency in 3D software tools, Clo3D, Rhino, etc.
• Experience in wearable consumer grade products, textiles etc.
• Experience in user journey mapping and service blueprinting
• Experience with design thinking and user research methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Track record of customer interactions and healthy customer relationships
• Experience from working in Agile/Scrum environment and in lean-start up context
