• Experience in UX projects covering the whole user-centered-design life cycle from user research through design to validation.
• +3 years work experience in interaction design
• +1 years work experience in visual design
• Strong visual design capability
• Ability to think creatively about problems and challenge existing norms of design
• Deep understanding of product life-cycle and ability to work with product management and development teams in a highly iterative fashion
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Photoshop etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Media, (Industrial) Design or Psychology is required. A degree in computer science or business administration is beneficial
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Domain knowledge in enterprise systems is beneficial
• Proven ability to interact and collaborate with multi-functional teams
• Highly motivated, committed to success, and self-initiated
