Reports To: SQ Manager.

Major
Responsibilities:

q Lead Manufacturability Assessment and process plan
review with supplier and Nexteer engineering.

q Responsible for China supplier export program APQP
activity.

q Responsible for developing and managing the Local
Supplier Quality

q Ensure Supplier safe launch is executed to achieve
flawless product launches and develop the supply base to a zero defects
capability

q Ensure APQP process is well implemented and
proficient in the tasks required

q Work with Engineering to strengthen Supplier Quality
and Engineering relations and work practices

q Problem case solving with supplier.

q Implement Nexteer Initiatives supporting the supply
base

q Maintain communication network globally

Experience
Requirement:

q Be familiar with IATF 16949 requirements.

q Be able to read the drawing and skillful in GD&T

q Be familiar with APQP.

q Be familiar with quality problem solving tools

q Good English in writing and speak.

q Good communication skill

q Be 5+ working experiences at auto industry as
supplier quality engineer, supplier development engineer.

q Subject major:
Mechanical area expects at aluminum die casting, Machining, Heat
treatment.

q Be familiar with mold design, die casting process,
machining process.

执行支持供应基地的Nexteer计划

维护全局通信网络

经验要求:

熟悉IATF 16949要求。

能够看懂图纸，熟练操作GD&T

熟悉APQP。

熟悉质量问题解决工具

良好的英语听说读写能力。

良好的沟通能力

5年以上汽车行业供应商质量工程师、供应商开发工程师工作经验。

主修专业：机械类：铝合金压铸、机加工、热处理。

熟悉模具设计、压铸工艺、机加工工艺。
