Job Responsibilities：

- 为船舶各类自动化监测与控制系统提供调试，维修及客户现场服务

Provide commissioning and customer service for products on Automation and Control systems

- 在工作中始终保持良好的服务态度

Bearing the good services attitude all time and everywhere when working

- 以专业的态度及时与公司内部相关人员沟通

Communicate with task stakeholders internally in time and with professional manner

- 及时准确地完成服务报告、参数备份和项目文件整理提交

Timely and accurate completion of service report, parameter backup and project
document sorting and submission

- 进行现场培训，为调试和服务提供技术支持，实现知识和技能的相互交流和分享

Conduct on-site training, provide technical assistance for commissioning and services,to achieve mutual exchange / sharing of knowledge and skills

- 维持良好的客户关系，提升客户满意度

Maintain good customer relationship and improve customer satisfaction

- 完成领导安排的其他工作任务

Finish other tasks according to superior's assignment

Qualification：

- 大专及以上, 自动化，船舶电子电气，航海技术或轮机工程

College degree or above, major in Automation, Marine Electronic and Electrical, Navigation Technology or Marine Engineering

- 2~8年相关行业现场服务工作经验

2~8 years of relevant experience in related area

- 良好的商业意识，使风险最小化，利润最大化

A good commercial awareness to minimize risks and maximize profitability

- 具有持续学习能力，能够独立分析和处理常见技术问题

Continuously learning ability, analyze and deal with common technical problems
independently

- 服务意识强，注重客户关系

Strong sense of service, focus on customer relations

- 具有良好的团队协作精神

Be a good team player

- 具有良好的中英文沟通能力

Good communication skills in both Chinese and English

- 能接受出差

Extensive traveling required
