岗位职责:
1.公司提供定制化的职业发展计划，包括跨部门轮岗、全方位的综合培训等内容，全面了解外资制造企业的工作流程。
KSB provides customized career development plans, including cross-departmental rotation, all-round comprehensive training and other elements, and a comprehensive understanding of the workflow of foreign-funded manufacturing enterprises.
2.跨部门沟通与协作，参与部门重点项目的执行以及新产品国产化项目的导入，并接受相关专业知识的培训。
Cross-sectoral communication and collaboration, participation in the implementation of key departmental projects as well as the introduction of new product localization projects, and receive relevant professional knowledge training.
3.参与战略性采购全周期管理（End-to-end Strategic Sourcing），协助完成从供应商寻源Sourcing、RFQ分析到框架协议签订的全流程。
Participate in End-to-end Strategic Sourcing, assisting in the whole process from supplier sourcing, RFQ analysis to framework agreement signing.
4.运用TCO模型进行采购成本分析，通过should-cost modeling识别降本机会，协助部门完成PPV/CPT目标。
Apply TCO modeling for purchasing cost analysis, identify cost reduction opportunities through should-cost modeling, and assist the department in accomplishing PPV/CPT goals.
5.维护合格供应商管理系统ASLM，参与供应商KPI Dashboard的管理。
Maintain the Qualified Supplier Management System ASLM and participate in the management of the Supplier KPI Dashboard.
6.定期参加Global Sourcing Committee, 了解并及时传递category strategy。
Participate in the Global Sourcing Committee on a regular basis to understand and communicate category strategy in a timely manner.
7.运用系统工具SAP、OA、KI PLANT等进行采购流程的管理，确保合规性。
Utilize system tools SAP, OA, KI PLANT, etc. for procurement process management to ensure compliance.
8.协助部门经理处理日常工作，包括会议组织、文件管理、报告准备等。
Assisting line managers in their day-to-day work, including meeting organization, document management and report preparation.
9.出差到合作伙伴处，跟踪项目进展并解决相关问题，并完成相关的出差报告，确保信息的充分沟通。
Travel to partners to track project progress and resolve issues, and complete related trip reports to ensure adequate communication of information.
任职要求:
1、教育水平 Education：统招本科及以上
2、工作经验 Experience：应届生或两年内工作经验
3、专业/知识要求 Knowledge：材料类或机械工程类专业
4、技能要求Skills：熟练使用Word, PPT, EXCEL等办公软件，具备良好的英语水平，可进行书面/口语交流
5、语言Language：英语流利，同时会德语者优先
6、其他Others：具备较强的沟通协调能力，良好的持续学习的习惯，热爱挑战，对制造业感兴趣，将常州作为未来长期发展的城市。
