Duties & Responsibilities:

· The head of F&C is acting as the interface to the Corporate HQs and Regional Business Unit’s operations for financial and controlling rel. topics

· Leading and overseeing Finance, Controlling, Accounting and Reporting functions within China

· Management and Supervision of the Regional treasury functions, incl. Cash Management, trade finance (incl. guarantee management), ext. & int. financing, FX hedging, BAD/CAD policies and reports etc. Management & Supervision of the Cash-Pooling operations in the region

· Acting as Interface to local Banks, Financial Institutions and statutory auditors, as well rel. government authorities (e.g PBOC, SAFE)

· Making sure that Group rel. policies, Operating Instructions and processes are properly implemented in the region, by considering local laws and regulations, and incl. needed local solutions.

· Working closely together with Group Functions in German HQs (e.g. Dividend Council) and local Group Companies for dividend payment plan, as well new investment management.

· For M&A projects, providing Finance related local solutions

· Responsible for Accounting, Reporting, and Controlling of (China) Ltd.’s operation, incl. coordination of annual budget planning, monthly closing, monthly and quarterly ACT and EST report, VAT and CIT filing and verification

· Making sure that all financial activities, processes and expenses/payments follow/abide by company’s compliance policy and guidelines

· Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the management

Requirements:

· Over 10 years working experience in Finance, Controlling and Accounting, min. 5 years working experience as responsible and successfully globally engaged leader/manager of Finance/Controlling/Accounting in an MNC

· Solid commercial background, preferred Master degree in the rel. area

· Being able to act in a matrix structure, team player in a multicultural environment with strong interpersonal skill, target and solution oriented

· Good presentation and communication skill to interface with internal senior management executives as well external partners such as auditors, banks, agencies and authorities

· Strong analytical ability, systematic and process-oriented approaches

· Fluent English is mandatory
