职位描述
【岗位职责】
1、Arrange appointments for customers. 为客户做预约
2、Responsible for the requirements and non-medical requests of patients负责住院和门诊患者的非医疗请求
3、Cooperated with other departments to make sure the service is going smoothly. 与其他部门合作,确保服务顺利进行
4、Respond, follow-up and resolve complex issues with customers接收跟进解决复杂的客户要求
5、Collect customer’s feedbacks. 收集客户反馈信息
6、Follow processes, policies and procedures; execute action plans for process improvement in order to ensure high and consistent standard of service across Customer Service.遵循医院规章制度,严格执行流程从而确保提供高标准、一致性的的客户服务
7、Other Work Matters Arranged by Departments部门安排的其他工作事项。
【岗位要求】
1、College diploma or above 大学专科或以上学历
2、PET – 3 is preferred. 通过国家级英语水平考试3级者优先
3、Good communication skills both in Chinese and English良好的中英文沟通技巧
4、Good customer service skills 良好的客服技巧
5、Computer Skills 电脑使用技能
