Roles and Responsibilities岗位职能职责：
1. Responsible for QMS management 负责质量体系管理
· QMS documents updating follow up.
体系文件的更新状态跟进；
· Management review arrangement.
组织管理评审；
· External system audit contacting, preparing, audit and action plan follow up.
外部体系审核的联络、准备、应审以及改进计划的跟进；
· International quality system requirements refreshing and internal updating, including IATF16949, VDA6,3, etc.
国际质量体系要求的刷新和内部更新，包括IATF16949, VDA6,3等；
· Internal system & Process audit planning, preparing, audit and action plan follow up.
内部体系&过程审核的计划、准备、审核以及改进计划的跟进.
· CSR confirming, preparing, audit and action plan follow up.
客户特殊体系要求的确认、准备、应审以及改进计划的跟进
· Quality KPI follow up and approve actions in case of deviation.
质量KPI的跟进以及偏差时的措施批准。
2. Responsible for quality method implementation in the company负责质量方法在公司内部的落实
· DFMEA creation and updating coordinate with engineering department.
与客户（或内部）进行沟通，确定审核日期、理解审核目的和审核范围，并确保双方均能接受；
· PFMEA creation and updating coordinate with manufacturing, logistic, sample shop, etc.
支持其他部门进行审核准备；
· Quality method contact window in the company, including FMEA, MSA, SPC, etc.
公司内部的质量方法窗口，包括FMEA，MSA，SPC等；
· New quality method refreshing and implementation in the company.
新的质量方法的刷新和公司内部的落实。
3. Software quality management
软件质量管理
4. Internal quality training and other tasks assigned by supervisor 处理HV内部质量相关流程以及主管分配的其他工作
· Other method topics such as Internal quality training of method implementation.
其他方法相关的事项，例如：内部质量方法应用的培训；
Essential 基本资格
学历：
机械、电子或汽车专业本科及以上
工作经验：
三年以上工作经验
熟悉IATF16949, VDA6.3, FMEA.
Good command of English 英语流利
