Responsibilities:

1. Handle DTX uploading & checking, and consolidate the inbound cargo data/DTX files from MSC SIN and overseas agent.

2. Process all the related EMC and prepare the inbound cargo manifest.

3. Ensure EDI data of inbound cargoes are sent to the Port State Agent on schedule.

4. Prepare various documents/reports in regard to inbound cargoes, including Inbound D.G. Declaration Sheet/Telex Release/E-BL LIST/Instructions/Inbound Discharge list.

5. Prepare the Freight List in regard to inbound cargoes and send it to F&A Dept. for further processing.

6. Print and issue the import original B/L to local client/consignee as per instructions from POL agent.

7. t/s certificate & seal certificate & Unendorsed BL cargo release LOI

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above, worked experience within 1 year,major in International Trade/Foreign Trade is preferred
2.Fluent with MS software
3.Good command of English (CET4 or above)
4.Be realistic and good work attitude.

负责到大连船舶进口货物舱单
1. 处理DTX上传和检查，合并MSC SIN的入库货物数据/DTX文件
2. 处理所有相关的EMC并准备入库货物舱单
3. 确保入库货物的 EDI 数据按时发送给港口国代理
4. 准备有关入境货物的各种文件/报告，包括入境 DG 申报
纸张/电传释放/E-BL 列表/说明/入库排放列表
5. 准备入库货物的货运清单，并将其发送给餐配部进行进一步处理
6. 根据 POL 代理的指示打印进口提单原件并将其签发给当地客户/收货人
7. t/s 证书和印章证书和未背书的 BL 货物放行意向

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，1年以内工作经验，国际贸易/外贸专业优先
2.熟练使用MS软件
3.良好的英语水平（CET4 或以上）
4.良好的工作态度
