Qualifications
任职要求
• College degree or above is required, plus 8 years of work experience and at least 3 years relevant security experience, such as factory,indusrial compus and data center etc.
大专以上学历，具有8年以上工作经验，至少3年以上园区物理安全行业相关的管理经验，如工厂，工业园区，数据中心等。
• Demonstrated organizational and leadership success, Previous experience of manage a team of security.
具备良好的组织管理和领导能力，具备人防管理经验。
• Possess physical security system knowlage, demonstrated experience of system operation and maintainance, not litmit to access control, CCTV, key management etc
具备技防系统的知识，并有技防系统运维经验，如门禁控制，视频监控和钥匙管理等。
• Possess physical protection knowlage and familiar with physical protection specification.
具备物防相关的知识，并熟悉物防标准。
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships among several groups and deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal customers.
具备与多个团队建立业务关系的能力，并且得到业务团队的认可。
• Demonstrated ability to build relationship with local public security (law enforcement, fire, other government agencies).
有与当地公共安全部门保持沟通和联系的能力（执法部门、消防单位及其他政府机构）。
• Good engilish communication skills, oral and written. Ability to reporting to peers and senior managers.
具备英语沟通能力。具备和向同事或高级管理人员汇报工作的经验。
• Ability to learn quickly, work autonomously, and address any issues that arise day or night.
能够快速学习，自主工作，解决日夜出现的任何问题。
• A willingness to provide on-call support in case of emergencies or other off-hours issues.
愿意在紧急情况或其他非工作时间随时待命。
• Data center security management experience is prefferd.
数据中心安全管理经验优先。
• VIP or government officer reception ability and experience is preffred

Responsibilities
工作职责
• Work closely with stakeholders to improve security operations using the best business practices in risk management, physical security, and security management.
借鉴物理安全行业风险管理、物理安全管理实践，与相关方合作提高物理安全日常运营。
• Perform security audits, review procedures, and constantly evaluate facility activity and operations for security weaknesses that might reduce the facility’s overall security posture.
执行安全审计，审核流程，并持续评估现场活动和操作是否存在影响整体安全性的漏洞。
• Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific security procedures. Analyze calls-for-service and incident data to better manage security operations.
制定、完善并更新站点物理安全制度。分析现场需求及事件数据，以便改进并完善物理安全运营工作。
• Prepare and maintain security records for the site and complete routine statistical reports. Prepare operations orders as they relate to special events at the site.
准备并完善站点物理安全相关的记录，且完成日常数据统计报告。准备并制定与站点运营相关的特殊事件指令。
• Assist in (and in some cases lead) security incident investigations in conjunction with the stakeholders.
协助相关方调查因某些事件导致的物理安全事故。
• Respond to and, in conjunction with the contract guard service, provide the proper response to emergency situations.
带领安保团队，及时响应紧急情况。
• Manage the daily security operations, including management of the contracted security guarding deployment to ensure correct scheduling and quality work performance by the contract guard service.
负责管理物理安全日常运营，包括：管理第三方安保服务团队以确保安保服务供应商按正确的计划提供高质量的服务。
• Frequently assess and adjust the contract guard service by onsite review, and feedback from facilities and the business units to deliver outstanding service in data center.
通过现场审核及其他相关业务部门的反馈，评估并不断的改善第三方安保服务，以便提供高数据中心内的安防质量服务。
• Work closely with site management on day-to-day safety and security issues. Coordinate with human resources, employee relations, and legal personnel on security-related issues involving employees and third parties.
配合站点经理做好日常物理安全工作。协调人力资源、员工关系、法务人员处理与第三方员工相关的物理安全事宜。
• Build relationships with business unit representatives, facilities personnel, contracted security system vendor, and other vendors to understand the environment and special security needs at the data center and for each business group.
与设施相关人员、第三方安防系统供应商及其他供应商代表建立业务关系，以便业务相关方了解数据中心物理安全相关的需求和要求。
• Work with local public safety (law enforcement, fire, other government agencies).
与当地公共安全部门保持联系（执法部门、消防单位及其他政府机构）。
• Work with site management team to deliver high quality security service for special events in date center, include the government visit & inspection, and event happen in vistor cencer.
配合站点经理为站点内接待事件提供高质量的安保服务，包括政府检查和参观，及在访客中心的接待活动。
