Your Responsibilities：
• Response to Carbon esission related work include Green power purchase for CHQ site,follow and track site regular energy and water target, support energy management and cleaning production programs. Maintain GVA related energy and water data in BI system. Tracking on data of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes, energy, GHG, soil and ground water contamination etc, make sure compliance with relevant compulsory regulations and company’s strategic plans.
• Identify applicable laws and regulations, then finish legal review and update in time (show update information regularly). Take assessment and site execution check together with the site HSE teams to assure fully compliance.
• Stay active with government communication and forward required measures to relevant Dept. in time.
• Prepare relevant materials to assist HSE manager obtain necessary HSE related authority approvals for projects, including EIA, SIA, OHIA, final acceptance, pollutant discharged permit, pollutant emission right trade.
• Maintenance and preparations for external audits, like customer, SR and RBA audit, etc. As collaborator, supporting ISO 14001 &45001 audit lead by EHS team.
• Temporary data collection from related parties’ request.

Your Profile
• Bachelor degree above majored in Science & Technology (Chemistry, Physics, Environment Protection, Safety Engineering, etc).
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar team management position
• Comprehensive HSE management experience including project phase & operation phase.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals.
• Self-motivated, ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Ability to lead, supervise and train staff, including organizing, prioritising, and scheduling work assignments.
• Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
