Your responsibilities：
1. Monitoring planning and start core according to the loading plan
2. Monitor the shipment progress, review the delay reasons and recovery plan in the process
3. For key shipments (projects), identify shipment risks and formulate systematic remedial plans (prioritization, Kanban, etc.)
4. Monitor the real-time FF of each station and review the FF performance of each loop, timely escalation or highlight abnormal area；
5. Push hold lot release and high waiting time lot arrangement to reduce hold time and waiting time to improve FF；
6. Collect machine limitations information and pushthem release；
7. Adjust PM plan and monitor machine status, reduce WIP waiting time;
8. Minitor WIP status and push lots movement, reduce the line change frequency;
9. Push WIP batch run, to reduce the film waste, especially for SR film;
10. Based on WIP status, push production team to turn on/off machines and arrange manpower reasonably, reduce resource waste;
11. Optimize and develop the system
12. Formulation and monitoring of some reports
13. Instruct LC work skills and methods
14. Training for new LCs to increase the awareness and sense of belonging of new colleagues
15. Supervise and check the training progress of team personnel
16. Pay attention to other aspects of new colleagues to ensure rapid integration into the group and understanding of corporate culture
17. Other Job assignment from superior.

Your profile
1. Bachelor or above.
2. 3 years PPC experience, SAP Experience is preferred.
3. Fluent English.
4. Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel)
5. Ability to work in a stressful environment
6. Good team working spirit
7. Good communication skills.
