Your Responsibilities
· Collect Laws, Regulations & customer requirement in Health and safety area, lead assessment together with the site teams, provide proposals to assure fully compliance.
· Coordination audits to ensure the site to pass ISO45001,RBA or other customer required CSR audit
· Maintenance and further development of H&S-management system (ISO45001)
· Manage the emergency reaction team (ERT), provide training and motivate the team for continuous improvement
· Maintain close contact with authorities in H&S area to assure the site always get the right instructions in time
· Follow-up on decisions made by the superior and ensure proper execution
Your Profile
· Bachelor degree above majored in Science & Technology (Chemistry,Physics,Environment Protection,Safety Engineering,etc)
· 3 years of similar experience
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals.
· Self-motivated, ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
· Fluent written and oral English
· Knowledge about local laws and regulations on Health and safety management
· Computer skills (MS office)
