1. Sustainable optimization of manufacturing processes and procedures in order to meet all requirements regarding quality, productivity and production costs.

2. Supporting on cross functions on process & machine stabilities, qualifications, yield improvements, online audit, customer complain tasks.

3. Define procedure steps aiming to use existing resources perfectly and minimize quantity of raw and auxiliary materials.

4. Driving the effectively cost saving& down solutions online.

5. Ensure technological development

6. Specified job of the position on: MTH drilling process from Pre-baking till Mech drilling , expert as the Mech drilling process, be able to take all the relative resources to enhance the process’ capability & capacity.

7. Continuous consultation with Department Manager about the relevant tasks within the department (incl. respective reporting). Other Job assignment from supervisor, leadership ability on the engineers’ management, excellent on communications in team, cross functions, suppliers, customers…

Requirement：

1. Undergraduate & Bachelor’s degrees need, and with min. 5 years’ experience.

2. At least 3 years’ experience in a similar team management position.

3. Fluent in English both written and oral.

4. Technical background.

5. Experience in related industry is preferred.

6. Open minded approach.

7. Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel).

8. Ability to work in a stressful environment.

9. Good analytical skills with attention to detail.

10. Good team working spirit and leadership skills.

11. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
