Responsibilities and Main Tasks:
1. Sustainable and continuous optimization of array processes to meet all requirements regarding quality, stability, productivity and production costs.
2. Responsible for purchasing of new equipment (draw up equipment specifications, make evaluations and technical analysis; installation, put into operation, qualification and implementation in production).
3. Continuous consultation with manager and other colleagues about relevant tasks within the department (incl. respective reporting)
4. Define procedure steps aiming to use existing resources perfectly and minimize quantity of raw and auxiliary materials. Well understanding of the potential capability of existing machine. Develop it prior to ordering a new machine
5. Ensure standardization of each process is maintained across all related functions by standardizing and all documentation need be setup in system properly.
6. Keep abreast of technical developments by maintaining constant contact with suppliers and customer. Study of relevant literature by developing capability and cooperate with other departments for solutions to achieve the company goal.
7. Actively participate in the quality and improvement process and apply the principals of continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility. Focusing on production stability and efficient. Focusing on the new technology in inspection and handling processes to make the new projects running successfully.
8. Understand and experience in the mechanism of Artificial intelligence, knowing big data, digitalization, advanced manufacture insights, eg, industry 4.0.
Requirement：
1. Bachelor’s degrees in chemistry or mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field with a focus on engineering or manufacturing, with min. 5 years’ experience.
2. At least 2 years’ experience in a similar team management position
3. Experience of Lean six sigma, black belt is better.
4. Project management experience.
5. Fluent in English
6. Computer skills
7. Good communication and team spirits with leadership skills.
8. Good analytical skills, with meticulous attention to details
