Responsibilities and Main Tasks:
1. Work in SHA 6 Sigma community team to boost 6 Sigma related activities.
2. Coordinate with BU and other plants on 6 Sigma activities.
3. Plan 6 Sigma activity in SHA plant (operation related) and execute.
4. Hold 6 Sigma Week as planned. Training and coach GB during 6 Sigma Week.
5. Delivery 6 Sigma training and certification when plant required.
6. Provide 6 Sigma methodology support to other Belts and projects.
7. Best practice sharing with other plants.
8. Ensure appropriate resources are available and provide necessary support to 6 Sigma activity and all associated projects.
9. Lead assigned project within operation related.
10. Multi-project management in Engineering if necessary.
Requirement：
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. >5 years of professional experience is plus.
3. >3 years of experience as project manager/leader is plus.
4. >3 years of experience in 6 Sigma management is plus.
5. Fluent in English both written and oral.
6. Master 6 Sigma methodology, GB certified is needed, BB certified is plus.
7. Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
8. Knowledge of project management, PMP certified is better.
9. Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel), Minitab/JMP.
10. Good stress management skills.
11. Team spirit (able to be part of a team and team leader as well).
12. Good communication skills.
