Responsibilities and Main Tasks:
1. Sustainable optimisation of manufacturing processes and procedures in order to meet all requirements regarding quality, productivity and production costs.
2. Keep contacts with customers and suppliers.
3. Follow environmental regulations.
4. Continuous education to guarantee the art status implementation of TS16949 and ISO 14001, oHSAS18001.
5. Follow 5s standard to keep the environment clean.
6. Other Job assignment from superior.
7. Achieve KPI and DPI target with making use of each resource.
8. Delivers breakthrough levels of improvement in reducing defects, variation, cost, capacity, and risks to customer.
9. Responsible for qualification activities of new materials, machines, toolings, processes within the related group.
10. Provide training and coaching of people.
11. Define responsibility and authority within department.
Requirement：
1. Undergraduate & Bachelor’s degrees need, and with min. 3 years’ experience in a similar team management position.
2. Fluent in English both written and oral.
3. Technical background.
4. Degree education preferred.
5. Managerial experience preferred.
6. Experience in related industry is preferred.
7. Open minded approach.
8. Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel).
9. Ability to work in a stressful environment.
10. Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
11. Good team working spirit and leadership skills.
12. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
