Responsibilities and Main Tasks:
• Disciplinary Leadership of Quality Team for KA
- Ensure stable quality support on all affected sites involved in supply chain for the assigned account in alignment with the KA Director.
- Install and ensure Field Quality Support where necessary, to ensure quick response to CM’S and OSAT’s where needed.
- Ensure support in local language wherever needed.
- Drive assigned Team pro-actively to fulfil our mission to set the highest quality standard in our industry. (Account Reviews, Quality Improvement Plans etc.).
- Ensure Account Level monitoring of KPI’s and trigger requirements for improvement projects towards Plants.
- Align with other Regional and Key Account Quality Manager for Cross Region support needs.
• Understand Account Customer Requirements and feed CRM Team with information
- Work out Account Quality Specifics in Alignment with CRM Team (General Quality Expectations for Certain Regions).
- Act as Main Interface to the Customers for the respective accounts to understand and negotiate expectations to the Quality Management System (Quality Agreements) and as internal interface towards the CRM team.
- Understand Customer Specifications and involve in negotiations where necessary (first escalation level for assigned region) in coordination with the CRM team.
• Single Point of Contact for Key or Partner Accounts
- Act as Single Point of Contact for Quality Matters in the Respective Account team. Lead Quality Related Communication and Negotiations with the Customer.
- Drive pro-active system development to fulfil our mission to set the highest quality standards in our industry. (System development roadmap for customer expectations).
- High Level Expertise for Quality Requirements for the assigned Account.
- Key Negotiation Window for new Quality Requirements & Quality Agreements towards the customer and customer interface for CRM team.
• First escalation level for all quality related matters for the respective Account
- Act as First Escalation Level for AQM’s, FQE’S and Plant CQM’s, QM’s for the respective account.
- Ensure Protection of AT&S interests towards the customer.
- Moderate between Plants and Customer for Escalations.
• Interface to manufacturing Plants and Sales Teams for respective Account
- Deliver Voice of Customer to the Manufacturing Plants and all other internal stake holders for assigned Account.
- Provide Information about Non Claimed Disturbances to the Manufacturing Plants to feed continuous improvement process.
- Ensure Cross Plant/BU deployment of Audit findings and other improvements.
• Continuous Improvement
- Continuous Improvement Process is driven pro-actively in the area of responsibility
- Regular Improvement Projects are initiated within the team to maintain high level quality standards.
• Engage into Key account affairs in quality aspects towards customers, incl. but not limited Biz trips.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree and above.
2. Experiences in electronic , automotive in electronics related, electronic circuit board industry and related industry etc.
3. 5-10 years of experience in Quality Management.
4. Proven record in a management position with leadership experience.
5. Profound knowledge of AT&S´s PCB manufacturing processes and technologies.
6. Good knowledge of Quality tools (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, 8D) and management systems (Lean, Six Sigma, statistical methods etc.).
7. Proven experience in dealing with AT&S´s customers.
8. Excellent analytical problem resolution and organizational skills.
9. Diplomatic, result oriented and persistent personality with convincing negotiation skills
10. Good communication/presentation skills and high intercultural awareness.
11. Highly flexible in terms of travelling.
12. Excellent command of English, additional language skills based on the assigned account are preferred but not mandatory.
13. Willingness to lead international, multicultural teams.
