Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the Chongqing plant 2 Mass production loading plan, ensuring on-time delivery & Customer satisfaction.
2. Risk Control and Problem Solving
3. Responsible for the process from order confirmation to order fulfillment
4. Prepare bill of material Order creation and review the discrepancy between planned and act consumption and adjust BOM accordingly
5. Order confirmation and Rescheduling as per customer requirement. Sustainable optimization of Production utilization in order to meet all requirements regarding productivity, priority and lead time.
6. Material & capacity planning, Ensure continuous optimization of Lead time for sample production and qualification orders.
7. Process change，Rework and Test lot arrangement.
8. Communication bridge between production department and Order Handling / Sales dept.
9. Other Job assignment from superior
10. Automation system development to improve work efficiency
11. Support other teams requirements, resources coordinate

Requirements:
1. University degree in mechanical, electrical, chemistry, physics, or process engineering
2. Experience in related industry is preferred.
3. MES/SAP experience is preferred
4. 4 years of experience in/as similar position
5. Fluent spoken and written English
6. Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, MES, SAP)
7. Excellent communication and conflict handling skill
8. Good team working spirit and leadership skills
