Your Responsibilities:
1) Work with Purchasing/commodity team for supplier sourcing, selection, rating;
2) Supply chain risk assessment;
3) Leading function of supplier audit, qualification (system part) and performance monitoring, periodic reporting related status (SAP, Lotus Notes database, IQS…);.
4) Be as communication channel or contact window between the suppliers and the relevant internal and external customers towards the resolution of any reported queries, issues and concerns
5) System development and CIP for supplier related topics (e.g.: off spec review flow, goods receiving, supplier claim…)
6) Initiate appropriate continual improvement programs with the selected suppliers for the purpose of improving the quality level, reducing the cost and developing the supplier to a desired standard
7) Release qualified material/product via the Lotus-Notes database/
8) Monitor and report the supplier quality performance indicators
9) Supplier development programs and report its progress
10) Design and implement organization structure within the department
11) Define responsibility and authority within quality team for supplier handling
12) Set priorities and assure execution of commitments.
13) Provide training of people and suppliers
14) Support the maintenance of IATF 16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, QC080000 and PPAP if need.
15) Other Job assignment from superior.
Your Profile:
1) Technical background (Bachelor +), experience in related industry preferred
2) 8 years of experience in/as Quality engineer/Supplier quality engineer/supplier chain management related position.
3) Leadership, decisiveness and social skills
4) High ability to communication with English (spoken and written)
5) Good at Quality tool usage (APQP,PPAP, SPC,FMEA,MSA)
6) Good presentation skills
7) High willingness to travel (worldwide)
8) Ability to work under pressure
