We are seeking a talented and motivated Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team.

理想的候选人将负责设计、开发和支持公司现有的及即将推出的软件解决方案，以满足业务需求。

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting company’s existing and upcoming software solutions to meet the needs of the business.

主要职责：

Key Responsibilities:

• 支持现有的 IT 环境：

• Support existing IT environment:

- 独立或在经理的指导下支持 Odoo和新平台的系统

Support Odoo and new platform tickets autonomously and/or with Manager guidance

- 维护 NAS 和现有的本地基础设施

Maintain NAS and existing local infrastructure

- 根据项目需求开发、定制和部署必要的软件和脚本，以使公司保持最新状态

Develop,customize, and deploy necessary software, scripts as needed to keep the company up to date as per project requirements.

- 在现有生态系统内进行升级、迁移和技术改进

Perform upgrades, migrations, and technical improvements within the existing ecosystem.

- 协助首席技术官处理云 IT 需求

Support CTO for Cloud IT requirements.

- 根据需要支持本地团队和外部 IT 团队

Support local team and external IT team as required.

• 微软 365 和 Azure 工作流程优化：

• Microsoft 365 and Azure workflow Optimization:

- 使用 Azure 套件软件设计、测试并实施业务工作流程，包括但不限于 Power Automate、Copilot Studio、Agents、SharePoint 等

Design,test and implement business workflow with Azure suite software, including but not limited to Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Agents, hare Point…

• 协作与文档编制：

• Collaboration and Documentation:

- 与高层管理人员、项目经理、开发人员和用户密切合作，收集功能和技术需求

Work closely with Top Management, project managers, developers and end-users to gather functional and technical requirements.

- 创建技术文档，包括开发路线图、用户指南和发布说明

Create technical documentation, including development roadmaps, user guides, and release notes.

• 安全性和性能优化：

Security and Performance Optimization:

- 在软件环境中实施安全最佳实践

Implement security best practices in the software environments.

- 监测并提高系统的性能，确保高可用性和可靠性。

Monitor and improve the system’s performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Microsoft 365 business experience

• 有 Power Automate 使用经验者优先

• 技术能力：

Technical Proficiency:

在工程方面具备扎实的技能，能够理解流程和代码。

Strong proficiency in engineering, capability to understand processes and code.

熟悉服务器和软件栈。

Knowledge of servers and software stack.

有软件和工作流程实施的经验。

Experience with software and workflows implementation.

熟悉版本控制系统（如 GitHub）。

Knowledge of version control systems (GitHub..).

有人工智能和机器学习方面的知识更佳。

Artificial intelligence, Machine Learning knowledge is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 拥有微软认证者优先。

Microsoft certification is a plus.

• 有在云基础设施和本地环境中部署及维护软件解决方案的经验。

Experience in deploying and maintaining software solutions on cloud infrastructure and on premises.

• 熟悉集成开发环境（IDE）开发工具。

Familiarity with IDE development tools.

• 会使用人工智能模型来开展工作者优先。

Usage of AI models for work is a plus.
