一、Job Responsibilities
Overall planning of the overseas exhibition hall, formulate the hall's positioning, layout and operation plan to support the overseas promotion of real estate projects.
Lead cross-regional real estate marketing and customer acquisition work, design customer acquisition strategies to increase the number of visits to the exhibition hall and customer conversion rate.
Optimize marketing planning based on the dynamics of the Southeast Asian real estate investment market to promote the overseas sales of real estate projects.
Coordinate the exhibition hall design and operation team, control the project progress and quality, and ensure the efficient operation of the exhibition hall

二、Job Requirements
More than 5 years of experience in marketing planning and operation of real estate projects, with experience in the full-cycle planning of complete projects.
Rich experience in cross-regional real estate marketing and customer acquisition, familiar with the overseas real estate customer development model.
In-depth understanding of the Southeast Asian real estate investment market, mastering local policies, customer needs and market trends.
Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken), with excellent communication, coordination, project management and innovation capabilities.

5 年以上房地产楼盘项目营销策划操盘经验,有完整项目全周期策划经历
具备丰富跨区域房地产营销导客经验,熟悉海外房产客户拓展模式
深入了解东南亚房地产投资市场,掌握当地政策、客群需求及市场趋势
中英双语流利(书面 + 口语),具备优秀沟通协调、项目管理及创新能力
