Essential Responsibilities

1· Provide internal employees and external business partners with clear compliance policies and procedures, and develop high-impact awareness, communication and training for regional compliance;

为内部员工和外部业务合作伙伴提供明确的合规政策和程序，并开展高影响力的区域合规培训;

2· Guide region organizations to conduct Anti-bribery and corruption compliance Due Diligence and training, and manage high risk 3rd parties (distributors/resellers, sales agents, customs brokers, consultants and other administrative suppliers) pursuant to global compliance policies and procedures;

指导区域组织开展反贿赂和腐败合规尽职调查和培训，并根据全球合规政策和程序管理高风险第三方(分销商/经销商、销售代理、报关行、顾问和其他行政供应商);

3· Guide regiony organizations to conduct Trade Compliance/Export Control/Sanction & Embargo related Due Diligence and training, and manage high risk activities in Trade Compliance (especially in export business) pursuant to global compliance policies and procedures;

指导地区组织开展贸易合规/出口管制/制裁和禁运相关的尽职调查和培训，并根据全球合规政策和程序管理贸易合规(特别是出口业务)的高风险活动;

4· Guide region organizations to conduct Competition Law and Data Privacy related Due Diligence and training, and manage high risk activities in pursuant to global compliance policies and procedures;

指导区域组织开展与竞争法和数据隐私相关的尽职调查和培训，并根据全球合规政策和程序管理高风险活动;

5· Other matters assigned by line manager or other senior leaders in the compliance organization.

部门经理或合规部门其他高层领导交办的其他事项。

Qualifications/Requirements:

1· Minimum Bachelor’s degree;

本科以上学历;

2· A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in compliance, compliance investigation, law, internal audit, controllership, or related fields; Professional fluency in both oral and written English is required;

至少3年合规、合规调查、法律、内部审计、财务控制或相关领域的专业经验；熟练的英语口语和书面表达能力；

3· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at various levels of the organization;

优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，能够与组织中不同层次的人有效地合作;

4·Demonstrated problem-solving skills;

具备解决问题的能力;

5· Highest personal integrity with demonstrate ability to handle confidential matters in a discreet and respectful manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

1· Master’s Degree or Law Degree;

硕士或法学学位;

2· Experience and knowledge in extractive industries is preferred;

在采掘行业有经验和知识优先;

3· Experience and knowledge in Joint Venture is preferred.

有合资企业经验和知识优先考虑。
