1、负责建立公司EHS管理体系（ISO14001，ISO18000，安全生产标准化）；

2、负责制定和完善公司安全生产、消防、工业卫生、职业安全、环境保护和控制等方面的文件，审查安全技术操作规程，并监督执行情况；

Responsible for- formulating and improving the company's safety production, fire protection,industrial hygiene, occupational safety, environmental protection and control documents, reviewing safety technical operation procedures, and supervising the implementation;

3、制定公司EHS年度培训计划，并监督对新员工及在职员工的培训；

Develop thecompany's EHS annual training plan and supervise the training of new andcurrent employees;

4、及时整改落实各级政府部门（安监、环保、消防）在检查过程中发现的问题，与环保单位、安监、消防保持良好的沟通，及时获取相关信息，保证公司及政府相关部门传达的各类通告、活动、会议、文件的传达沟通与反馈；

Timely rectify and implement the problems found by government departments at all levels (safety supervision, environmental protection, fire protection) in the inspection process, maintain good communication with environmental protection units, safety supervision and fire protection, obtain relevant information in a timely manner, and ensure the communication, communication and feedback of various notices, activities, meetings and documents communicated by the company and relevant government departments;

5、负责编写修改各项应急预案，组织实施各部门应急演练；

Responsible for the preparation and revision of various emergency plans, and organize and implementemergency drills of various departments;

6、组织开展EHS隐患排查工作，提出隐患解决方案以预防事故的发生，并开展EHS现场综合检查；

Organize and carry out EHS hidden danger investigation, propose hidden danger solutions to prevent accidents, and carry out EHS on-site comprehensive inspection;

7、组织EHS法律法规进行合规性评价、组织各部门进行环境因素、危险源识别与评价；

Organize compliance evaluation of EHS laws and regulations, organize various departments to identify and evaluate environmental factors and hazards;

8、参与工伤事故、火灾事故，和其他意外和紧急事故的调查处理，并跟踪改进措施，保证改进措施的落实到位；

Participate in the investigation and handling of work accidents, fire accidents, and other accidents and emergencies, and track improvement measures to ensure that improvement measures are in place;

9、组织开展员工职业健康管理方面的工作，负责劳动防护用品的监督管理、员工职业健康管理、对存在职业危害的职位，根据相关要求，进行实时监督和跟踪；

Organize and carry out the work of employee occupational health management, responsible for the supervision and management of labor protection equipment, employee occupational health management, and real-time supervision and tracking of positions with occupational hazards according to relevant requirements;

10、进行环境改善工作，对公司存在的潜在环境危害因素进行辨别，指导和培训员工，对公司危险废弃物和固体废弃物处置进行监督和控制，开展环境监测及各项环保改进活动；

Carry out environmental improvement work, identify potential environmental hazards existing in the company, guide and train employees, supervise and control the disposal of hazardous waste and solid waste of the company, carry out environmental monitoring and various environmental protection improvement activities;

11、实施各类安全、环保、职业健康宣传活动；

Implement various safety, environmental protection and occupational health publicity activities;

12、完成领导安排的其他工作。
