With rapid overseas expansion, we are looking for a results-driven sales professional to help us grow our presence in the Russian and Central- Asian
market.
🎯 工作职责 / Responsibilities开发并维护俄罗斯及中亚市场的经销商与客户网络
制定销售计划,完成销售目标,扩大产品覆盖率
对接本地电动车、电池渠道商,挖掘合作机会
跟踪行业动态,提供市场反馈与竞争分析
与总部销售与技术团队协作,推动产品落地
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with local distributors and key clients in Russia and Central Asia
Achieve sales targets and expand product penetration across the region
Build strategic partnerships in the battery and electric mobility sectors
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Work closely with HQ sales and technical teams to ensure localized support
至少3年电池、电动车或相关能源产品销售经验
熟悉俄罗斯及中亚本地的电动两轮/三轮车、电池或储能市场
流利的英语沟通能力,能与总部协作无障碍
能接受出差,有独立开拓和项目管理能力
有当地渠道资源者优先考虑
Minimum 3 years of experience in battery, e-mobility, or related energy product sales
Deep understanding of Russian's EV, battery, or storage market
Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
Willing to travel and capable of independent market development
Existing distributor or customer network is a strong advantage

Moscow preferred, flexible/remote work model is acceptable
