建立和维护本地经销商网络,开发区域内重点客户及合作伙伴;
跟踪当地新能源、电动车、储能等相关行业政策与市场动态,提出业务发展策略;
协调总部团队,推进订单、售后、产品培训等本地化支持工作;
定期完成销售目标,分析市场数据,提出改进建议。
Take full ownership of business development in Brazil or Colombia for battery, energy, or e-mobility product lines;
Develop and manage distribution channels and key local clients;
Monitor regional policy, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize market strategies;
Act as a communication bridge between HQ and the local market, ensuring efficient support and timely follow-up;
Meet sales targets, deliver market insights, and support brand growth in the region.
本科及以上学历,国际贸易、市场营销、电力电子等相关专业优先;
具备3年以上拉美市场销售或商务经验,有电池、电动车、储能、逆变器等行业背景优先;
葡萄牙语(巴西)或西班牙语(哥伦比亚)熟练,具备良好的英语沟通能力;
能接受出差/长期驻外,具备较强的客户开拓与独立工作能力;
熟悉跨文化沟通,有中资企业或国际公司背景优先考虑。
Bachelor’s degree or above in international trade, marketing, electrical/energy engineering, or related majors;
3+ years’ experience in Latin American market business development, preferably in battery, E- mobility, energy, or inverter sectors;
Fluent in Portuguese (Brazil) or Spanish (Colombia), with solid English communication skills;
Willing to travel or relocate; highly self-driven and target-oriented;
Cross-cultural awareness; experience in Chinese or international companies is a plus.
