Description:
1. Overseas Market Development: Based on the company's strategy, develop partners such as distributors and OEM customers in target countries/regions.
2. Sales Target Achievement: Develop regional sales plans, achieve annual sales targets, and drive sustained performance growth.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain existing customer relationships,continuously train dealers in business capabilities, promote dealers'
willingness to expand their business, follow up on project opportunities, and
improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rates.
4. New Customer Development: Actively explore new customer resources through various channels such as exhibitions, LinkedIn, overseas platforms and recommendations, and efficiently follow up on potential customer leads brought by the company's marketing activities (such as advertising, official website, social media, exhibitions), establish customer databases, and promote conversion.
5. Market Intelligence Collection: Analyze competitors, price dynamics, and policy changes to provide market decision support for the company.
6. Exhibitions and Visits: Participate in international exhibitions, organize
customer visits and technical exchanges to enhance brand exposure and trust.
7. Cross Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology,
operations, and production teams to drive order fulfillment and project
implementation.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above in air purification, HVAC, electromechanical,
marketing, automation or related majors.
2. More than 3 years of overseas sales or international trade experience.
3. English level 6 or above and fluent in spoken English. If foreigner, fluent in
Chinese.
4. Have good sales awareness, proactive in work, excellent communication skills, order taking ability, analytical and understanding ability, and market
development ability; Work experience in HVAC, refrigeration equipment, air
purification, and fresh air industries is preferred.
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other office software.
6. Good communication skills and team spirit, meticulous and rigorous, proactive
in work, strong ability to withstand pressure; Patient and able to endure
hardship, able to adapt to business trips.
岗位职责:
1、 海外市场开发:根据公司战略,开拓目标国家/地区的经销商、OEM客户等合作伙伴;
2、销售目标达成:制定区域销售计划,完成年度销售指标,推动业绩持续增长;
3、客户关系管理:维护现有客户关系,持续培训经销商业务能力,促进经销商拓展业务的意愿,跟进项目机会,提升客户满意度与复购率;
4、新客户开发:通过展会、LinkedIn、海外平台、推荐等多种渠道主动挖掘新客户资源,并高效跟进公司营销活动(如广告、官网、社媒、展会)带来的潜在客户线索(Leads),建立客户数据库,推进转化;
5、市场情报收集:分析竞争对手、价格动态、政策变化,为公司提供市场决策支持;
6、展会与拜访:参与国际展会、组织客户拜访和技术交流,提升品牌曝光与信任度;
7、跨部门协作:与产品、技术、运营生产等团队紧密配合,推动订单落地与项目实施。
任职要求:
1、空气净化、暖通、机电、市场营销、自动化类或相关专业大专及以上学历;
2、3年以上海外销售或国际贸易经验;
3、英语6级以上且口语流利。如外籍,需汉语流利;
4、有良好的销售意识,工作积极主动,具备优秀的沟通能力、攻单能力、分析理解能力及市场开拓能力;具有暖通空调、制冷设备、空气净化、新风行业工作经历者优先;
5、熟练使用Microsoft Office等办公软件;
