Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop inspection standards and supervise process implementation.

2. Analyze the root causes of non-conformities on production lines and make quality judgments.

3. Conduct sampling inspections and patrol inspections for new products and mass‑production products.

4. Track quality issues and ensure closed-loop management using 8D; identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

5. Control quality during NPD process, including test validation and preparation of quality-related documents such as Control Plans (CP).

6. Analyze quality performance indicators, develop systematic solutions, and follow up on implementation.

7. Promote quality tools deployment and enhance cross‑functional problem‑solving capabilities.

8. Handle on‑site quality abnormalities and provide technical support, ensuring
timely issue resolution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.

2. Familiar with electrical products, production processes, and ISO quality management systems; good understanding of quality control and statistical methods.

3. Extensive experience in quality control within the electrical industry; proficient in using various quality tools.

4. Strong cross‑department collaboration skills, quick response, and the ability to

independently analyze problems; root‑cause oriented with strong drive for issue closure.

5. Good English skills and proficiency in office software.

6. Strong sense of responsibility, high integrity.
