Job description:

- 在公司或供应商车间里根据图纸或相关标准对机械部件进行质量检验（如铸件，锻件，机加工件等）。Perform quality check based on drawing or quality standard for mechanical parts like casting, forging, machining parts at warehouse or at vendor workshop.

- 主要是动手操作量具和仪器进行化学成分检测，尺寸检验，产品外观检验, NDT检验和金相分析等检验工作。Inspection include Spectro test, dimension inspection, appearance inspection, microscope inspections etc.
- 检验产品并准备QC 检验报告给质量经理审阅。 Prepare QC report and send to qc manager for review.
- 协助质量经理建立检验点计划和检验大纲。Assist QC manager to establish QC check list and quality standard
- 协助质量经理维护好国内外常用的标准收集和更新。Assist QC manager to trace and maintain national & industrial product standards
- 协助采购部门准备test plan和处理质量投诉并准备不符合项质量报告。Assist purchasing department to prepare test plan for inquiry and help on quality complaint and prepare NCR.
- 更新和维护质量文件存档。Update and maintain qc database
- 与客户，与供应商沟通关于质量问题事宜，并进行跟踪。Communicate with vendor and customer in following up with product quality issue.
- 与公司其他部门沟通与质量有关事宜。Communicate with cross functional departments regarding quality related inquiries

- 参与公司的新产品开发活动。attend the team to do new product development.
- 领导安排的其他工作任务。Other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:
-工作仔细，能自我开展工作 Detail oriented, self-organized
- 诚信可靠 Integrity & trust-worthy
- 有一定的质量管理经验 Experience and exposure to quality control
- 良好的沟通能力 Good communication skills
- 良好的英语邮件读写能力 Good skills for emails, MS office applications
- 本科或本科以上学历 Graduated from full time college

-会使用行车(5t)吊运产品 can drive 5t overhead crane for product lifting

- 大部分时间是基于上海宝山杨行仓库内产品检验，但也会有少量的出差到供应商工厂质检工作。the main inspection will be based in PTS warehouse， may need to travel to suppliers workshop for short time inspection.

- 有铸件检验的经验，懂材料学或金属热处理，尤其是有矿山耐磨件开发和检验工作经验优先。

- have work experience with casting, material engineering or heat treatment process and mining wears and spares will be preferred.
