We are seeking a ​​bilingual educational leader​​ to serve as both ​​Residential Life Coordinator​​ and ​​Homeroom Teacher​​, responsible for overseeing boarding operations, fostering student holistic development, and delivering high-quality instruction in a specialized subject. This role combines residential leadership with teaching duties, requiring fluency in English and Chinese, strong cross-cultural skills, and the ability to reside on-campus for emergency responsiveness.

​​Key Responsibilities:​​

​​Residential Management​​

● Supervise evening self-study sessions to ensure discipline and academic efficiency.

● Organize dormitory activities that promote social and academic growth.

● Manage residential staff and optimize daily operations.

​​Head of Grade Leadership​​

● Monitor student behavior and deliver moral education programs.

● Track academic progress and provide individualized guidance.

● Implement a whole-person education approach to support students’ holistic development.

​​Health & Safety​​

● Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols in residential areas.

● Maintain student health records in collaboration with the medical team.

● Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies.

​​Community Engagement​​

● Conduct bilingual communication with parents (written and verbal).

● Foster an inclusive residential community through cultural and team-building activities.

● Participate in admissions events and student recruitment initiatives.

​​Teaching Responsibilities​​

● Deliver approximately ​​10 weekly class hours​​ in ​​Mathematics, Physics, or Visual Art​​ using ​​full English immersion​​.

● Design curriculum-aligned lesson plans and assess student performance.

● Collaborate with academic departments to ensure teaching quality and alignment with school standards.

​​Qualifications:​​

● Bachelor’s degree in ​​Education, Psychology, or a subject-related field​​ (Master’s preferred).

● ​​5+ years​​ of experience in ​​residential/student care​​ and ​​classroom teaching​​ (subject-specific expertise required).

● Full professional proficiency in ​​English and Chinese​​ (written and spoken).

● Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-cultural teams.

● Strong organizational and crisis management capabilities.

● Must reside on-campus​​ to ensure availability for emergencies.
