职位描述：
1、Air export daily shipment operation.
空运出口日常操作工作。

2、Contact with local shipper and follow up routing order from overseas office efficiently.
联系国内发货人，有效地跟进海外的订单。

3、Register booking details on teams in time, arrange customs clearance and check the billing statement fm GTW team.
及时在teams上面登记货物订舱信息，安排报关事宜，并和GTW内部对帐。

4、Issue invoice to local clients in time as per SOP.
根据SOP及时开具国内客户发票。

5、Issue invoice to overseas offices within KPI date.
根据KPI要求时限及时向海外办事处开具发票。

6、Complete operation’s milestones and data quality as per SOP.
根据SOP完成操作的milestones和 data quality。

7、Assist finance colleague to push the long outstanding.
协助财务部同事催收长期欠款。

8、To carry out the tasks distributed by the Assistant Supervisor and Supervisor and other tasks assigned by manager.
完成操作组长和操作主管分配的任务，以及经理分配的任务。

任职资格：
1、College graduate, 2-4 years work experiences in industry with air export, the background for global forwarder will be preferable, well understanding of airfreight operation process.
大专以上学历，2-4年空运出口工作经验,有全球货代工作经验者优先,熟悉空运操作流程。

2、Knowledge of air export,know in MS office,Good English in reading and writing，CET-4.熟悉空运出口知识,掌握办公软件,良好的英语读写能力,英语四级以上。
