岗位职责:
1.主导国际矿产市场开拓与资源获取（特别是铁矿石），了解并掌握各类矿产的全球资源布局，能独立开发海外优质供应商（矿山、加工厂等）并建立长期稳定的采购及销售渠道。
2.深度分析国际矿市场动态（供需、价格、政策等），制定资源获取策略，规避贸易风险。
3.参与国际招标、合资合作及上下游资源项目谈判，主导各类贸易合同签订。
4.熟悉贸易业务全流程管理，能够统筹跨境贸易链条（采购、物流、信用证、套保、结算等），优化成本与资金效率。
5.设计结构性贸易方案（如跨境融资、转口贸易、加工配送等），提升交易利润率。
6.协同风控法务团队把控贸易合规及风险管理（如INCOTERMS、信用证条款、国际仲裁等）。
7.搭建并领导国际化贸易团队，培养复合型人才（贸易、语言、金融衍生品等能力）。
8.维护矿产领域头部客户，挖掘产业链上下游需求。
9.联动期货团队制定套期保值策略，对冲价格波动风险。
10.协同物流团队优化国际运输方案（海运、铁路、仓储等）。
Job Responsibilities
1.Lead market expansion and resource acquisition in the global minerals sector(especially iron ore), leveraging expertise in worldwide resource distribution to independently develop high-quality overseas suppliers (mines, processors, etc.) and establish long-term procurement/sales channels.
2.Conduct in-depth analysis of mineral market dynamics (supply/demand, pricing, policies) to formulate resource acquisition strategies and mitigate trade risks.
3.Lead international bidding, joint venture negotiations, and upstream/downstream resource projects, overseeing trade contract execution.
4.Manage end-to-end cross-border trade operations (procurement, logistics, L/C, hedging, settlement), optimizing cost and capital efficiency.
5.Design structured trade solutions (cross-border financing, entrepôt trade, processing/distribution) to enhance transaction profitability.
6.Collaborate with risk control and legal teams to ensure trade compliance (INCOTERMS, L/C clauses, international arbitration).
7.Build and lead international trading teams, developing multidisciplinary talent (trade, language, derivatives expertise).
8.Maintain key client relationships in the minerals sector and identify upstream/downstream value chain opportunities.
9.Partner with futures teams to execute hedging strategies against price volatility.
10.Optimize international transport solutions (shipping, rail, warehousing) with logistics teams.
任职要求:
1.8年以上国际矿贸易经验，至少3年团队管理经验，熟悉产业链运作模式。
2.成功主导过跨国资源项目（如海外矿山包销），有国际供应商资源池者优先。
3.精通国际贸易规则（UCP600、ISBP等）及跨境结算工具（LC、TT、DP等）。
4.出色的商务谈判能力（英语为工作语言，掌握小语种加分）。
5.对矿产金融化（期货、期权、掉期）有实操经验。
6.适应高频国际差旅，具备跨文化协作能力。
7.经济、国际贸易、采矿工程相关专业本科以上，持有MBA或CFA/FRM证书优先。
Qualifications
1.Experience:
8+ years in international mineral trading, including 3+ years in team leadership.
Proven success in multinational resource projects (e.g., overseas mine off-take agreements).
2.Technical Expertise:
Mastery of trade regulations (UCP600, ISBP) and settlement tools (L/C, TT, DP).
Hands-on experience in mineral financialization (futures, options, swaps).
3.Skills:
Exceptional negotiation abilities (English working proficiency; additional languages preferred).
Cross-cultural collaboration aptitude and readiness for frequent global travel.
4.Education:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Economics, International Trade, Mining Engineering, or related field.
MBA, CFA, or FRM certifications preferred.
