Responsibilities:

1. Understand the product flow chart and the quality control points at each stage of production. Be knowledgeable about the processes related to the quality management system.

2. Conduct inspections on the production line and perform process audits, identifying and diagnosing any weak points in process control.

3. Be familiar with the significance of quality indicators and master the associated statistical methods.

4. Assist the team's gradual establishment of a product quality control system that encompasses data collection, analysis, and handling of abnormalities. Assist the New Product Introduction (NPI) in identifying risks and improving process control and participate in the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and lead QCP (Quality Control Plan) processes.

5. Periodically conduct summary analyses of quality data to identify areas for improvement. Take the lead in addressing identified issues and ensure continuous tracking until they are resolved.
