Lead Carlsberg China maintenance function improvement through standards & processes set up et deployment, training and coaching, experience sharing, people development and engagement in continuous improvement journey. Drive Carlsberg China maintenance practice to best in class.

Main job responsibilities:

主要工作职责：

• Carlsberg Maintenance Strategy execution in all Carlsberg China breweries. Align permanently with Asia and group maintenance community.

• Maintenance budget set up and tracking. Define corrective actions if deviations.

• Improve preventive maintenance system, including TBM, CBM and overhaul etc. Continuously improve equipment reliability

• Guarantee equipment compliance to EHS standards, and respect of safety rules during maintenance operations

• Coach, train and develop local maintenance teams to excellence, including CarlEx methods implementations

• Support local team in problem shooting in a practical way.

• Deploy Carlsberg maintenance COM across regions/plants

• Assist D365 system (ERP) deployment in China plants

• Audit breweries to reach Carlsberg standards.

• Decrease the breakdowns and malfunctions through proper data capture and analysis, problem tracking & solving in a sustainable way.

• China maintenance KPIs control in a permanent way

• China spare parts management with a cash flow mindset.

Qualification & Personal Attributes:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above (Mechanical, electrical, automation or related major)

Language: Chinese and English at professional level mandatory.

Experience:

Have at least 10 year of relevant business experience working as maintenance manager. Practical experience in equipment maintenance. Lean methods experience.
